What is the Emotional Freedom Technique?
EFT uses tapping of acupressure points combined with language to release blocked energy and establish new patterns. EFT can address emotional issues and habits. EFT releases blocked emotions and negative emotions. It helps to change old patterns and establish new ones so you can achieve your goals. It addresses the resistance to new positive thoughts and new patterns. Many people use affirmations but there is a part of us that says “yeah, right” when we say a positive affirmations. By using EFT you are releasing the blocked energy that accompanies these judgments whether you are consciously aware of them or not. This helps you to be more accepting of yourself and also to achieve goals.
